At NewAgeMeals, we take pride in delivering freshly prepared meals. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted if requested before meal preparation begins.

  • Once food is being prepared or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

2. Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of food, all sales are final.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect orders placed by customers.

  • Refunds may be issued only if:

    • The order is damaged during delivery.

    • You receive the wrong meal or item.

    • The food is unsafe for consumption.

In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence for review.


3. Delivery Issues

  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, refunds will not be provided.

  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Transaction times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
