Cancellations are only accepted if requested before meal preparation begins.
Once food is being prepared or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Due to the perishable nature of food, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect orders placed by customers.
Refunds may be issued only if:
The order is damaged during delivery.
You receive the wrong meal or item.
The food is unsafe for consumption.
In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence for review.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, refunds will not be provided.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
